Bairi Ono is a student in Naraka High School. She is a member of Class 1 and the roommate of Eko Shouda.
Appearance[]
Ono has short black hair, which she keeps tied up in a scarf. She wears the standard Naraka High School uniform. Her seal is located on her right hand.
She always uses archaic language.
Abilities[]
It is unknown whether it is related to her seal or not, but Ono appears to be able to commune with invisible "spirits." It is later revealed that she is able to summon and command spirits, namely Ghouls.
She is said to be quite strong.
History[]
Apparently, around 300 years ago she was a close acquaintance of Yama and she wished to see him again.
Plot[]
Accompanies Momiji and Tougo Ootaka during the Kingdom Eclipse and demonstrates her power against the monsters that attack them.
She is separated from the others, and Fake Yama and a "Skewer"-bearing bird defeat her.
Following her puppetization by the Fake Yama, Bairi "dies." However, in Chapter 71, her corpse is shown speaking to her "collector," who says that it is "quite difficult to get hands on a body for you." The real meaning behind this is not clearly understood.
She seems to have transferred her character to Krishna just before dying, stating that Momiji Rokudou needed someone to look after him.
