Hokuto is a student in Naraka High School. He is a member of Class 1 and is older brother to Kaho Saeki and the twin brother of Nanto Saeki. He was killed to revive his younger sister, Kaho Saeki.

Hokuto bears great resemblance to his identical twin brother, Nanto Saeki. He has dark eyes and short black hair, and wears the standard Naraka High School uniform. Unlike his brother, he wears usually contact lenses instead of glasses, which is the easiest way to distinguish him from Nanto.
